為了拍攝,地方媽媽睽違一年多沒超人飛、沒上障礙台,一次全部復出使出來,有成功、有炸水、有無力感。然後啊然後⋯媽咪威~隔天兒子快要抱不起來,全身上下痠痛到不行,所謂腦袋以為自己可以,身體其實不行完全展現!

I haven’t hit kicker nor done air raley over a year after pregnancy. And for a video shoot I needed to do it few days ago. So I did some, I got some, I failed some. And the next day.....I can barely hold my baby boy, I am sooooo soreeeeee. Apparently I overestimated my body’s strength 😅😅😅
I need to take it slow and coming back step by step😆
